Cancellation Policy
Please email us at support@morgansboutique.net with any cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase. Email confirmation is required by us for cancellation. If order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be granted and purchase will not be refunded. Cancellation is not guaranteed, even with an email request.
Order Adjustments
We cannot make any changes or additions/subtractions to any orders once they are placed. We do this to ensure no errors or miscommunications can be made so you're getting exactly what you ordered yourself. If you need to make changes, your order will need to be canceled and placed again with the correct items. Please email us IMMEDIATELY at support@morgansboutique.net with your order number so we can catch it before it gets packaged. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order in time before it goes into fulfillment, so cancellation is not guaranteed.
Please check our product sizing charts BEFORE placing your order to ensure the right product is being ordered.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds and Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes clothing doesn't work out. We offer free returns and exchanges on clothes. Within ten (10) days after receiving your package, email Support@MorgansBoutique.net. Please include the item, order number and problem.
You will have to option for a refund, store credit, or exchange the same item. At this time, we cannot exchange an item for a different product.
At this time, we can not accept returns and exchanges on accessories and/or bath and body products. If you have an issue with your accessory item, please contact us at info@morgansboutique.net. Please include the item, order number and problem.
Items being returned or exchanged must be unworn with the original tag(s) in place. Swimwear must have the protective lining sticker intact to be accepted.
We will email you a return label to use. You may use any box or poly mailer to return the item. Please make sure all other labels are covered.
Once your return items have arrived to us, we will send a refund or exchange. Please allow 1-2 days for processing after delivery for your exchange to be shipped or a refund.
Shipping
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to show up in the system after processing.
Typically we process the following business day after ordering. During periods of high demand, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
We have partnered with Yellow Bronco, LLC to provide our customers with bath bombs, soaps, bath salts, and lotions! Please note that these items will not ship from Morgan's Boutique. These items have a turnaround time of 1-5 days before shipping. *Orders between 5/11 and 5/27 will have a turnaround time of 15 business days, due to supplier being on vacation. If you have any questions about these items, please let us know!
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
All orders under $50 have a flat rate shipping price of $5.00. We offer free shipping for orders over $50.
We use either USPS or UPS to ship packages depending on the weight of the package. Shipping time is usually between 2-6 days.
*Note: While most packages will arrive on time, there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause delays in shipment. There will be no refunds due to delayed shipments.
